Description
Vitamin A is present in foods such as retinol and retinyl esters (usually retinyl acetate or retinyl palmitate). Retinoids are often employed as food additives because of their beneficial antioxidant effects. MEKC methods are most often used to resolve mixtures of fat-soluble retinoids.
